Returns
We accept US returns on unwashed and unworn items in like new condition. Returns must be requested within 10 days of delivery, including holiday orders. All returns must be requested through our return portal

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and submit a return request immediately in our return portal if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If you purchased Redo "Return Coverage" at checkout, you are eligible for paid return shipping. Orders including return coverage are still subject to our return policy. Customers who opt out of return coverage may still return their items but will be asked to pay for their own label inside of the return portal.
